Returns:
There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product doesn't meet your expectations, or there's another reason why you don't want to keep the order. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After 30 days, this right expires, and returns are no longer possible; we don't make exceptions.
After notifying us of the return, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to the online shop. These costs vary depending on the package, weight, and size. Check your shipping provider's website for exact prices. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, please use our returns process. We will refund the order amount due within 5 days of receiving your return, provided the product is returned in perfect condition.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 5 days.

Reduced Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at sales@growshoponline.com , and we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
